Any OUTDOOR Party/Event |
This includes your DJ, unlimited advanced music requests through our online planning forms, includes 4 hours of play time. You must provide a secure covered area for the DJ equipment OR you can add on our commercial canopy and we will set one up for $50 extra. PLEASE NOTE: THERE ARE NO REFUNDS, NO CANCELLATIONS ALLOWED FOR ANY REASON, BALANCE IS DUE NO LATER THAN 5 DAYS BEFORE EVENT. OUTDOOR PACKAGES DO NOT INCLUDE PARTY LIGHTS SINCE THEY ARE NOT APPROVED FOR OUTDOOR USE. If bad weather comes during the event, DJ just unplug and protect all electrical equipment. If this happens, we have fulfilled our obligation to this job. This is just a reiteration of the details of our contract for your information. *We highly recommend that all clients who are planning outdoor events have a back up plan in case of inclement weather to set up somewhere else indoors. *NO REFUNDS, NO CANCELLATIONS, NO RESCHEDULES.
