Outdoor Canopy Required for Outdoor Events This is a professional commercial pop up canopy (white) that is required for outdoor events regardless of time of day to protect the DJ equipment from sun & other elements.
Photo Booth with Instant Photo Strips We will set up a photo booth (professional photography equipment, background & lighting) at your event. Includes 4 hours, additional hours available. We have props that encourage people to have fun and make silly photos if they like. You can also supply additional props for the day to further personalize your photo booth. You can also customize the booth with different backgrounds if you would like to supply something different than what we already have. We currently have white, black, and gray/green, please discuss with us the dimensions of the floor space we have to work with. Your first 100 photo strips are included, if you require more than 100 photo strips, the fee is $1.50 per strip additional. The photo strip will be printed in less than one minute after the photo sequence is taken. We ask that you provide us a head count of how many photo strips you would like in advance to ensure we are prepared. Each photo strip is actually printed twice, you have the option of keeping one copy for yourself and giving the guest the other copy, or you can opt to give them both copies. If this event is a wedding or birthday party or something similar, then you likely would want to keep a copy of each photo strip for a keepsake, see ideas below. Another key feature is that you can specify a message to print at the top of the photo strips you are giving your guests. You will receive all images on a DVD. If you approve, we will also provide an online gallery of photo booth images for guests to be able to log in and purchase additional commercial quality lab prints. For an additional fee, we can make a photo book with all of the images from your event, please contact us with your event details for a quote for the cost of the book. Another great idea is to do a scrap book type book, each guest would get one copy of their photo strip and the 2nd strip would be placed into the book and they would be able to write their well wishes next to their image, this is becoming a very popular option. If you would like for us to supply the scrapbook and supplies needed to put it together, we do have this option available at an additional fee. This "add-on" is only available if our photographer is not already booked. *Please note our photography packages and add-ons do require sales tax only for the portion that is related to photography (not the DJ portion) The Photo Booth requires a separate deposit from any DJ Services, the deposit for your photo booth is 50%.
Projector & Screen - Indoor Use Only Add our projector and screen to show your video(s), slide shows, power points, etc. Connect your computer via VGA monitor out to the projector, or any other video device (DVD player, video game, etc.) If located close to the DJ, we can connect to our sound system to play the audio with RCA connections (red/white plugs). 10 ft wide screen, projector requires about 10-11 ft clearance to display a decent size image onto screen, the farther away from the screen, the larger the display, can use either front or rear projection with our screen. Rear projection is ideal if you want the projector table hidden and out of harms way (recommended). OUR PROJECTOR AND SCREEN MUST ONLY BE USED INDOORS IN A DRY AND CLEAN ENVIRONMENT FREE OF DUSTY CONDITIONS AND MOISTURE AS WELL AS EXTREME TEMPERATURES.
